As Head of People you would be a part of growing team of ~40 people. As such, your contributions to the team will have a big impact.
You'll be reporting directly to the COO. The Head of People will be a hands-on HR professional, executing and developing day-to-day operations associated with HR practices across all functional areas, including recruiting, onboarding, training and development, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and internal communications. The Head of People will be responsible for developing the HR infrastructure that supports organizational growth.
You can be located anywhere in the world, as our work is 100% online.

The ideal candidate for us has:
✦ 5+ years as an HR professional:
✦ At least 5 years of experience as the primary HR point-of-contact within a high-growth company or business unit, preferably in tech
✦ 2-3 years of experience in a start up environment, or fast growing company
✦ Strong working knowledge of all HR functional areas including recruiting, onboarding, training and development, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits
✦ Experience building out centralized programs and delivering training to organizations
✦ Domain knowledge in the different areas of HR:
✦ Organization Design
✦ Compensation, Rewards and Retention
✦ Great written communication skills in English
✦ An eye for detail, but is pragmatic and able to get things done fast
✦ An ability to self-organize in a remote-first work environment
✦ Bonus: Personal interest in crypto trading and DeFi
✦ Bonus: Proficiency in other major languages (e.g. Chinese or Spanish)
